Vintage Yemenite Silver Necklace from Israel

Description

Vintage Yemenite Necklace with unknown orange stones (coral?).  Silver metal but unknown if this is sterling silver.   There is a mark on the back of the pendant but difficult to read.  Necklace was tarnished but tarnish cleaned off and left shiny silver finish so my guess is this is silver.
Purchased in Israel in the early 1970s.
Necklace is about 22 inches from clasp to clasp.
