I am not familiar with this piece. Really cannot tell you what it is for. I know it is probably Middle Eastern. May be a head piece with 2 ear rounds. It is my best guess. You to decide. I believe some dangles are missing. Majority are there. There are some old coins dated 1937. Weighs 6.7oz.
